On May 10, representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University joined the celebration of Mother's Day in the city of Dolyna.

The Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology held an online photo contest "Mom, you are the only one in the world" for Mother's Day.

On May 7, historian and medievalist Vadym Chepizhenko gave a guest lecture for higher education students of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences on the topic "Turbulent Monarchy: Crown, Barons, and Parliament in England in the 14th-15th Centuries."

As part of the program for the development of international scientific cooperation and academic mobility, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology Ilia Fedorovych Kononov visited Poland on a working visit.

On the eve of Mother's Day, a thematic event dedicated to outstanding Ukrainian women who, with their wisdom, talent, courage, and indomitability, left a significant mark on the history and modernity of our country was held at the David Guramishvili Public Library.

On April 30, first-year students of the Faculty of Arts visited the Museum of the History of the Battle of Poltava, which is part of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Field of the Battle of Poltava".

On May 8, as part of the project "Institutionalization of interaction between higher education institutions and territorial communities as a factor in the restoration and preservation of human capital in conditions of martial law and post-war recovery," a meeting with journalist Ihor SEREDA took place for students of the course "Information Security: Without Restrictions and Embellishments."

On April 9, Associate Professor of the Department of Primary Education, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, representative of the Dolyna Center, Ms. Vira, joined the Open Day at the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College, which took place in the city of Dolyna online and offline.

The Professional College of LTSNU took part in the solemn events on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in the Second World War of 1939–1945.

On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation, commemorative events were held at the Educational and Research Institute of Business, Management and Public Administration, aimed at honoring the feat of the Ukrainian people during World War II and preserving historical memory.


On May 6, representatives of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences made a career orientation trip to secondary education institutions of the Bolekhiv City Council of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

On April 30, 2026, the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences held a regular meeting of the Academic Council. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Artem Oleksandrovych Halych, who traditionally announced the agenda and set an open tone for the discussions.

On May 6, 2026, representatives of the Dolyna Consulting Center, the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences, the Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Work, and teachers of the Primary Education Department of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology visited educational institutions in the city of Bolekhov for career guidance purposes.

The Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences, a meeting of students with the guarantors of the educational programs "Secondary Education (History, Law)" and "Secondary Education (History and Civics)" took place.

On May 4, the regular meeting of the Youth Scientific and Professional Media Club was held at the Department of Ukrainian Language and Journalism of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

On April 29, an open online lecture was held for students of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences by Nazar Bagniuk, a researcher at the Kremenets-Pochaiv State Historical and Architectural Reserve, a student of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, who is conducting dissertation research in the specialty B9 "History and Archaeology".

On April 28, Yehor Brailian, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of History and Archaeology, took part in the forum "From Diplomacy of Resistance to Diplomacy of Action."

On April 14-15, Yehor Brailian, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of History and Archaeology of LTSNU, took part in a symposium of young scientists.

In April, students of the Professional College of LTSNU joined classes at the School of Academic Integrity, which were held at the university library.
