Today, June 23, the registration of electronic offices for entrants to institutions of professional preliminary higher education on the basis of basic secondary education began. For the second year in a row, the 9th graders can take advantage of online admission.

A consultation point has been created at the colleges of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, at the address: Lubny Secondary School I-III degrees No. 10, 2 General Liaskin St., the city of Lubny. The point helps register an applicant's electronic account and choose a specialty from a big list. 

Specialists of the admissions committee advise entrants regarding the deadlines for submitting applications and documents, holding creative contests and interviews.

The creation of electronic offices will take place from June 23 to November 30.

Algorithm for creating an electronic office (https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua/):

• specify e-mail (this will be the login for entering the office);

• create a password;

• indicate the series and number of the education document;

• type and number of the identity document or RNOKPP (TIN);

• contact telephone numbers;

• it is also necessary to upload a color photo of the entrant (3*4) in the office.

At the stage of account registration, apart from photos, no other files can be uploaded.

We remind you that the submission of electronic applications to the college for entrants based on the 9th grade begins on June 30, 2023. And on the basis of 11th grade from July 10, 2023. And in order for the entrant to be able to submit an electronic application, a motivation letter in electronic form is a mandatory condition.

The admission on the basis of 9th grade takes place according to the interview or creative competitions. And on the basis of 11th grade - according to the interview or creative competitions, or according to the results of the External Independent Evaluation 2020-2021 at the entrant's choice.
