LIST OF DOCUMENTS

• passport or birth certificate - for persons who do not have a passport or other document proving their identity and citizenship;

• document of the state sample (original) about the previously received educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is made, and the annex to it;

• certificate (certificates) of the appropriate level of external independent evaluation (for applicants on the basis of a complete general secondary education);

• 4 color photos (3 x 4 cm);

• copy of the document on the change of the surname (if the surnames in the passport and the education document are different);

• military ticket or a certificate of postscript - for persons liable for military service;

• documents granting the right to benefits and their copies.
