Such meetings have become a tradition and are part of the University’s social initiative aimed at supporting Ukrainian soldiers who have been wounded in combat. In preparation for the event, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology launched a charity campaign entitled “Support from Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University for the Defenders of Ukraine.”

The Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, directors, teachers and staff members of the Kadiivka and Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional Colleges, the Head of the Sievierodonetsk District Council of Luhansk Region, students from various University structural units, and the secretary of the consultation centre congratulated the courageous defenders on the occasion. They thanked them for defending Ukraine, for their courage and resilience, and presented them with gift packages and fruit.

The visit was not only a sign of deep respect for Ukraine’s defenders, but also a sincere expression of support and gratitude to those who defend the independence and freedom of Ukraine every day.
