The meeting was held in a mixed format: some parents were present directly at the college, others joined remotely online.

During the meeting, topical issues of organizing the educational process and the safety of student youth were considered. Particular attention was paid to the topic of combating bullying and any manifestations of violence in the educational environment, the formation of a safe and friendly atmosphere in the team.

The issue of attending classes and responsibility for absences without good reason was discussed separately. Parents and students were informed that since 2026, control over attendance has been strengthened in connection with the introduction of automated accounting systems. The relevant changes are provided for by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 241 dated 02.25.2026, which allows for more rapid detection of systemic absenteeism and response to them.

During the meeting, the importance of interaction between parents, students and the teaching staff was also emphasized. Such cooperation is the key to successful student learning, their personal development, and the creation of a safe educational environment.
