The aim of the event was to improve the content of the educational program in accordance with the modern requirements of the labor market, improve the quality of training of future specialists and take into account the practical experience of representatives of enterprises located in the city of Lubny, Kyiv and abroad.

During the discussion, the structure of the program, its educational components, the level of practical training and the formation of professional competencies of the students were analyzed. Particular attention was paid to the development of practical skills, the introduction of modern techniques in hairdressing and decorative cosmetics, as well as the formation of communicative and entrepreneurial competencies.

Employers - director of the hairdressing salon "FOP Khomenko O.Yu." (Lubny) Olha Khomenko; teacher, college graduate, art master colorist of the beauty space "Zmina" (Kyiv) - Iryna Padilo; teacher, college graduate, director of the beauty salon "STUDIO_EMPIRE_VALERIIA" (Prague, Czech Republic) - Valeria Kalinichenko emphasized the importance of training competitive specialists who possess modern technologies, know how to work with clients, and quickly adapt to changes in the beauty industry.

Students – Iryna Savchenko and Polina Rud expressed their wishes to increase the number of practical classes, participation in master classes and involvement of practicing specialists in the educational process.

Teachers – Anna Luhova and Serhii Lipanov and Head of the Department of Design and Media Production of the Faculty of Arts – Olha Petrivna Kostiuk, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor emphasized the need to update the content of disciplines, integrate innovative teaching methods and develop students' digital competencies, in particular in the field of service promotion and personal brand formation.The public discussion has become an effective platform for constructive dialogue between all participants in the educational process and will contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists capable of successfully realizing themselves in the field of design, hairdressing, and decorative cosmetics.
