During the certification, four teachers presented their professional portfolios to the members of the certification committee, in which they highlighted the results of their pedagogical activities, methodological developments, achievements of students, and their own contribution to the development of the educational process.

All participants demonstrated a high level of professional training, responsibility and a desire for constant self-improvement, which is an important component of ensuring a high-quality educational process.

According to the results of an open vote of the members of the Level 1 Certification Commission, the following decisions were made:

• three teachers confirmed the previously established qualification category “specialist of the highest category” and received the pedagogical title “teacher-methodologist”;

• one teacher was awarded the qualification category “specialist of the highest category”.

The certification took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue, mutual respect and professional support, which contributes to the further development of the pedagogical skills of the college teachers.
