In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 115-OD dated June 26, 2026, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Oleksandr Kabushka in the specialty 011 - Educational and Pedagogical Sciences.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 116-OD dated June 26, 2026, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Zhang Yaoyu in the specialty 011 - Educational and Pedagogical Sciences.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 113-OD dated June 26, 2026, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Volodymyr Valeriiovych Matievskyi in the specialty 011 - Educational and Pedagogical Sciences.

In accordance with Resolution No. 44 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, dated January 12, 2022, and pursuant to Order No. 112-OD of the Rector of the State Institution "Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University," dated June 26, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was established with the authority to accept for consideration and conduct the public defense of the doctoral dissertation of Larysa Mykolaivna Koba for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Specialty 231 – Social Work.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of LTSNU No. 31-OD dated February 27, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Karyna Yuriivna Borysenko in the specialty 015 – Professional Education (by specialization).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 20-OD dated January 30, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Taras Leonidovych Feshchuk in the specialty 052 – Political Science.
