The following issues were on the agenda:

– on the experience of the deans of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Physical Education in organizing educational work;

– on the work of separate consulting centers;

– miscellaneous.

Within the considering the first issue, the Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Agrarian Sciences, Natalia Matsai, and the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Maryna Yepikhina, made reports. It was noted that the educational activities of the faculties are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of higher education, internal regulatory documents of the university and modern approaches to the training of students.

Another item on the agenda was the results of the work of separate consultation centers. Reports were presented by the heads of the separate consultation centers: Vira Pushko (Dolyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region), Natalia Mordovtseva (Chornomorsk, Odesa region), and Maryna Yepikhina (Irpin, Kyiv region).

Among other issues, the issue of approving the consolidated rating of scientific and pedagogical workers of the university in 2025 and amending the Regulations on the rating of scientific and pedagogical workers, approving the Regulations on the assignment of academic titles to scientific and pedagogical workers, lists of free choice disciplines for the 2026-2027 academic year, continuing the implementation of the educational program "History" of the second (master's) level of higher education, closing educational programs, approving educational programs of advanced training courses, creating one-time specialized academic councils for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, recommending the publication of scientific and educational and methodological works, granting academic leave, as well as approving the Rules for admission to Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in 2026.
