Meeting of the Circle "Territory of Professional Growth"
Recently, another, meaningful meeting of the department's circle "Territory of Professional Growth" was held, which brought together future first-year teachers.
The meeting considered current methods of intellectual development of early childhood. The participants were acquainted in detail with modern approaches to stimulating cognitive activity of toddlers, development of their thinking, speech, attention and sensory abilities. Special attention was paid to the importance of play as the leading type of activity of an early-age child, as well as the role of an adult in creating a developmental environment.
During the meeting, both traditional and innovative pedagogical methods were discussed, including interactive forms of work, the use of didactic games, elements of research activities and modern educational technologies. Students had the opportunity to analyze practical cases, discuss the effectiveness of various approaches and offer their own ideas for their application in future professional activities.
A lively discussion and joint search for answers to topical issues demonstrated the high level of interest of the participants and their motivation for professional growth. For first-year students, this was a valuable experience of their first involvement in scientific work and an opportunity to feel like part of an academic community.
The meeting of the group was held in an atmosphere of openness, cooperation and creative search, which contributed not only to the deepening of theoretical knowledge, but also to the development of practical competencies of future specialists in the field of preschool education.
The Department of Early Childhood and Preschool Development plans to continue organizing similar events aimed at supporting students' scientific interest, developing their research skills, and forming highly qualified specialists.
