During the session, Olesia Tovstukha, Associate Professor of the Psychology Department and a tutor, gave first-year students a detailed introduction to the digital platform “Educational Portal of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.”

The students were shown the materials available in their personal accounts, including syllabi, methodological guidelines, lectures, practical classes, lecturers’ contact information, and other resources. They also had an opportunity to work in their own accounts, check their access to the digital platform, identify common difficulties, and receive detailed answers to their questions from the tutor.

The Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Affairs emphasised that the university’s educational process is organised according to an established academic calendar and class schedule, which are developed on the basis of curricula and programmes for each speciality.

Such on-site sessions help first-year students adapt more quickly to the university’s educational process and become familiar with the digital tools they will use in their studies.
