Speech at the Conference "Historical Education in Wartime through the Eyes of Students and Young Scientists"
The conference is organized by the Department of World History and Methods of Its Teaching and the Council of Young Scientists of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky (Odesa).
Historians focused their attention in their speeches on the relevance of conducting historical research in the context of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. The current war is largely fought for Ukrainian identity – who we are and what our values are.
We express our gratitude to the Head of the Department of World History and Methods of Teaching, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Stanislav Kovalskyi for the invitation to participate in the conference in a hybrid mode. We hope for further cooperation between our universities in aspects of historical science.
