On August 14, Vitalii Kurylo - First Vice-Rector, Chairman of the Academic Council, Academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, paid a visit to the Dolyna Consultation Center, where a working meeting was held. The meeting was attended by Deputy Mayor Ivan Pastukh, Head of the Education Department of the Dolyna City Council Ihor Saiko, as well as directors of Kadiivka and Lysychansk Professional Colleges, the head of the center, teachers, and secretaries of the admissions committee.

During the conversation, the issues regarding the preliminary results of the entrance campaign of graduates from the Dolyna territorial community were discussed. Applicants were selected from various educational levels (junior professional bachelor, bachelor, master), the following specialties were in demand: "Primary education", "Social work", "Psychology", "Secondary education. Physical culture", "Special education. Speech therapy", "Therapy and rehabilitation (Physical therapy)", "Construction and civil engineering", "Automobile transport", "Electrical engineering", etc.

The Deputy Mayor Ivan Pastukh noted that the emergence of a higher education institution in Dolyna is a strategic advantage for the Prykarpattia region, since its activities reduce the stress of families during the war and young people remain in Ukraine.

During the visit, Vitalii Kurylo visited the college premises, where the issue of further organization of in-person education was considered.
