Meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences
The focus of the meeting was on the implementation of the faculty's scientific developments. The Chairman of the Academic Council, Artem Oleksandrovych Halych, emphasized the need to maintain high scientific activity of teachers, emphasizing the importance of systematic publication activity in leading professional publications, in particular indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. In his speech, he emphasized compliance with licensing requirements, the development of high-quality scientific research and its practical implementation as a guarantee of improving the academic level of the faculty, the university and the professional growth of each scientist.
During the meeting, considerable attention was paid to the preparation for the Days of Science as an important element of the faculty's scientific and educational activities. During the discussion, the expediency of actively involving students in participating in scientific events was emphasized, which contributes to the formation of their research competencies and academic culture. The departments presented the planned events, outlined thematic areas of work and opportunities for interdepartmental cooperation. The issue of generalization and further testing of research results was separately raised, in particular through the preparation of scientific publications based on the results of the events.
