The speaker of the event was Viktoriia SOLIAR, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Economics, who shared practical tools for creating effective dialogue during online lessons.

The event attracted over 90 participants, including heads of educational institutions, educators, young scientists, civil servants and higher education students. Participants actively participated in the discussion, asked questions and shared their own experiences.

Based on the results of the webinar, registered participants received certificates of advanced training for 2 hours.

The event was held within the framework of the project: "Institutionalization of interaction between higher education institutions and territorial communities as a factor in the restoration and preservation of human capital in conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country".
