The event was held within the implementation of the project of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University “Institutionalization of interaction between a higher education institution and territorial communities as a factor in the restoration and preservation of human capital in conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country”.

The speaker of the webinar – Oleksandra Marmaza, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Management and Economics, – shared practical advice on forming a positive image of the head of an educational institution, emphasized the importance of self-presentation and communication skills in the modern educational environment.

The event attracted more than 90 participants, including heads of educational institutions, educators, young scientists, civil servants and higher education students. Participants actively joined the discussion, asked questions and shared their own experiences.

Following the results of the webinar, registered participants received certificates of advanced training for 2 hours.

The cooperation between universities has once again confirmed the importance of academic interaction for the development of the educational space and support for the professional growth of heads of educational institutions.

The project has already scheduled further meetings, which will become a platform for exchanging experience and finding new solutions in the field of educational management.
