On September 1, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of LTSNU hosted festive celebrations on the occasion of the Knowledge Day for first-year students.

This day became special for first-year students, because it was from it that a new stage of their life began - student life. Ahead of them are waiting for new knowledge, acquaintances, professional development, interesting discoveries and the first steps towards their future profession.

The rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Olena Karaman, addressed the students with welcoming words. She congratulated the freshmen on the beginning of their studies, wished them perseverance, self-confidence, an interesting student life and success in their chosen professional path. The rector paid special attention to the importance of education, mutual support and responsibility in modern conditions.

During the meeting, the students got acquainted with the university administration, the dean's office of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology and teachers. The freshmen learned more about the organization of the educational process, the possibilities of the faculty, university traditions and student life.

The warm and friendly atmosphere of the event helped the new students feel like part of a large university family.
