The All-Ukrainian seminar was held at Khmelnytskyi National University on the initiative of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.

The event was attended by Maksym Saibekov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Design and Media Production, Doctor of Philosophy, and Rostyslav Pidpalyi, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Design and Media Production, Doctor of Philosophy.

The seminar brought together representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, heads of higher education institutions and business representatives to discuss current issues of implementing the dual form of education in Ukrainian universities.

Within the program, the participants discussed the state policy of normalizing dual education, practical experience of its implementation in higher education institutions, modern challenges of evaluating educational programs, as well as prospects for developing partnerships between universities and employers. Special attention was paid to the master class of the Deputy Head of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education Olena Volodymyrivna Yeremenko, dedicated to the methodology of evaluating educational programs in the 2026/2027 academic year in the context of updating the codes of fields of knowledge and specialties.

The participation of teachers of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in such a professional event contributes to the improvement of the department's educational programs, the development of practice-oriented training and the implementation of modern approaches to the training of competitive specialists.
