Participation in the All-Ukrainian Seminar
The Head of the Career Development Center of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Larysa Kochura, took part in the seminar “Planning a Career Together. Development of Career Centers in Educational Institutions in Wartime and Post-War Recovery Conditions”, which was held on February 26, 2026 at the initiative of the Scientific and Methodological Center of the VFPO under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The event was aimed at exchanging experience in the field of career counseling, discussing best practices in professional orientation of education seekers, developing soft skills and adapting young people to modern labor market requirements. The participants also considered the issues of testing professional interests, forming career skills and developing partnerships between educational institutions for early career guidance.
During the seminar, Larysa Kochura acted as one of the speakers of the event, presenting the experience of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in supporting the professional development of students and the functioning of the University’s Career Development Center.
Participation in such professional events contributes to the establishment of professional cooperation between educational institutions, the introduction of modern approaches to career counseling and the development of an effective system of professional orientation.
This event opens up new opportunities for improving the work of the Career Development Center, expanding partnerships with educational and professional communities, as well as for training competitive specialists who will confidently build their professional trajectory and contribute to the development of Ukraine.
