Kateryna Bilobrovska’s Participation in the Jury of the Regional Literary Competition
This is an annual regional competition held among students in grades 7–11 of secondary, extracurricular, vocational, and pre-higher education institutions with the aim of honoring the creative heritage of fellow Ukrainian writers, developing students’ literary and research skills, and supporting talented youth and the work of teachers. The competition included work in three nominations: “Research Work”, “Creative Work” and “Book Trailer”.
This year, the event was held at the premises of the V. G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University under the auspices of the Municipal Institution of the Poltava Regional Council “Poltava Regional Small Academy of Sciences of Student Youth”.
V. Zakharchenko is a famous Ukrainian writer, publicist, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (1995) for the novel “Prybutni liudy” (1994).
The participants’ works were dedicated to various aspects of the artist’s life and work, in particular his figure in the context of the Poltava sixties, the existential states and psychologism of the characters in the works, and the study of the literary geography of the writer’s works. The special attention of young scientists was attracted by such works by V. Zakharchenko as: “Prybutni liudy”, “… I nastaly zhnyva”, “Mobilizovani”, “Pyvykha”, “Klekit staroho leleky”.
In accordance with the order of the Department of Education and Science of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, the jury for the “Research Work” nomination included:

The competition participants demonstrated skilled discussion and fluency in the material. A sufficient level of communicative culture and the ability to work in a discussion format contributed to a productive exchange of ideas and effective consideration of topical issues of the outlined topic.
