20 teams from Poltava, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions took part in the competition. The tournament united young athletes, coaches and all fans of athletics, becoming a true celebration of strength, endurance and sportsmanship.

The teachers of the Faculty of Health Care and Sports of LTSNU actively participated in the organization and holding of the championship. In particular, the Dean of the Faculty Oleksandr Dubovoi and the teacher Margarita Shaforost took a direct part in the preparation and holding of the sports event.

During the grand opening of the championship, the head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of LTSNU Volodymyr Moroz addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He congratulated the athletes, coaches and guests of the competition, wished the participants a fair fight, new sporting achievements, strength of spirit and confidence in their own abilities.

“It is sport that forms character, tempers willpower, teaches team support and the desire to win. Today, Ukrainian youth demonstrates not only sportsmanship, but also indomitability, patriotism and faith in the future of Ukraine,” said Volodymyr Moroz.

The participants of the competition were also congratulated by the President of the Poltava Regional Athletics Federation Oleksandr Horbachov, who thanked the organizers for the high level of the championship and support for the development of athletics among youth.

Holding such sports events contributes to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, the development of youth sports, the support of talented athletes and the strengthening of the sports community of Ukraine.
