On this occasion, the rector of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Olena Karaman held a meeting of the technical group of the university's admissions committee.

Opening the meeting, Olena Leonidivna emphasized that this year Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is holding the 106th admission campaign in its history, continuing the glorious traditions of one of the oldest higher education institutions in Ukraine.

During the meeting, key issues of organizing the admissions campaign, ensuring the uninterrupted work of the admissions committee and the university's counseling centers were considered. The participants paid special attention to the issues of registering applicants' electronic cabinets, providing timely consultations to applicants and their parents, supporting the submission of electronic applications, as well as providing information support to applicants throughout all stages of the campaign.

Separately, the work of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University's consulting centers, which will operate in other cities of Ukraine and will help future students get answers to all questions regarding admission, choice of educational program and features of studying at the university, was discussed.

The rector emphasized that despite the challenges of wartime, the university continues to develop, open new opportunities for young people, improve educational programs and create comfortable conditions for studying for students.

"For over a century, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University has been preparing highly qualified specialists who successfully work in Ukraine and abroad. Our main task today is to help each entrant find their professional path and receive high-quality modern education," said Olena Karaman.

The 2026 admission campaign has begun, which means that the path to new knowledge, professional development and a successful future is opening up for thousands of young people.
