Training for College Staff
On April 29, 2026, a practically oriented training was conducted for employees of the Professional College, the social and psychological service of the college.
During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to focus on what is important - setting life and professional priorities, "unloading" accumulated thoughts and tasks, and finding effective ways to organize them.
Special attention was paid to working with the Eisenhower Matrix, a tool that helps determine what is truly important and urgent, and what should be postponed or delegated. The participants practically worked on their own cases, which allowed everyone to better understand their daily workloads and find a balance in completing tasks.
The end of the training was especially creative and symbolic: the participants joined an art exercise with pebbles, as a result of which they created a joint picture. This work helped to relax, rethink the experience gained, and express their inner state through creativity.
The training was held in a friendly, open atmosphere, contributing to self-reflection and increasing personal effectiveness.
We thank the trainer for his professionalism and useful advice, and to all participants for their activity and sincerity!
