Training "Barrier-Free Communication as the Basis of Trust and Effective Interaction"
The speaker of the event - psychologist, art therapist, business coach, expert in communication and psychological resilience Olha Yupatina - shared her knowledge and practical tools that help build communication based on trust, respect, and psychological safety.
The participants of the training not only listened attentively to the theoretical blocks, but also actively participated in discussions and interactive exercises. While working in groups, they analyzed typical barriers in professional communication and suggested their own ways to overcome them. In the exercise “Difficult Conversation”, the participants modeled real situations, practicing techniques for reducing tension and maintaining constructiveness. Of particular interest were the practices for creating an atmosphere of trust and examples of phrases that help maintain respect even in stressful conditions.
The training was an important step in spreading the principles of barrier-free communication among educators, managers, representatives of government agencies and the social sphere. It contributed to the formation of a common space for exchanging experiences, mutual support and developing psychological resilience skills.
The project team is sincerely grateful to all the participants who joined the event, and especially to the speaker Ms. Olha Yupatina for her professional contribution and inspiration. It is thanks to such cooperation that a space of trust, mutual support and development of psychological resilience is formed.
The project has already planned the following practical meetings that will help deepen the knowledge gained and expand the tools for the work of educators, managers and community representatives.
