The center operates at: Office No. 1, 14 Heroiv Ukrainy St. (Svitlovodsk City Council premises).

The center’s activities are coordinated and qualified assistance is provided to applicants by the secretary of the admissions committee of LTSNU, Maria Okseniuk. Prospective students and their parents can receive professional advice on admission rules, choice of educational program, registration of the applicant’s electronic account, submission of applications, features of competitive selection and other issues related to the admission campaign.

The center's specialist helps to navigate the wide range of educational opportunities of the university, introduces the advantages of studying at Luhansk National University, talks about specialties, employment prospects and study conditions.

The counseling center has become an important platform for communication between the university and applicants, ensuring accessibility and efficiency of obtaining the necessary information. Special attention is paid to individual support for each applicant in order to make the admission process as comfortable and understandable as possible.
