“How Are You? Returning to Learning” — A Conversation on Mental Well-Being
On September 10, academic group advisers held discussion sessions for second- to fourth-year students on the topic “How Are You? Returning to Learning” as part of the nationwide mental health programme How Are You?
The sessions aimed to provide psychological support, help students adjust to the academic routine after the holidays, and foster a positive mindset for the new academic year.
During the meetings, academic group advisers and students discussed emotional well-being, ways of managing stress, organising an effective study environment, and planning their time. Students had an opportunity to share their experiences, receive practical advice, and learn more about the psychological support resources available at the college.
The sessions took place in a warm and trusting atmosphere, highlighting the college’s commitment not only to students’ academic development but also to their psychological well-being.
With a new academic year ahead and many new challenges and opportunities to come, the college community remains confident that, together, we can overcome them all.
