Working Visit to Svitlovodsk
First of all, representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University visited the Svitlovodsk City Council, where they met with the Secretary of the Council Maksym Bakumenko and the Deputy Mayor for the Activities of the Council's Executive Bodies for Humanitarian Issues Natalia Shvernenko. During the meeting, the specialist was presented with the university, familiarized with its educational opportunities, emphasized the advantages of studying and a wide range of educational programs. Representatives of the authorities expressed interest in cooperation with the higher education institution, discussed the terms of signing the agreement and outlined specific areas of cooperation.
The next stage was a meeting at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Territorial Community of the Svitlovodsk City Council, where, together with the head Svitlana Osyka, further steps for cooperation and the implementation of joint educational and career guidance projects were agreed upon.
The university representatives also visited the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers, where they discussed the prospects for cooperation and offered educators advanced training courses focused on the modern needs of the educational environment.
An important component of the visit was a meeting in the Svitlovodsk department of the employment center of the Oleksandriia branch of the Kirovohrad region with the head Larysa Shevchenko. During the conversation, preliminary agreements were reached on close cooperation and the signing of a memorandum was initiated, aimed at developing the professional orientation of young people, retraining the adult population and increasing the competitiveness of specialists in the labor market.
The final stage of the working visit was a visit to the Veterans' Space of the city of Svitlovodsk, where a meeting was held with the head of the veterans' policy department, Tetiana Fedorivna. The parties discussed the prospects for future cooperation, exchanged proposals for the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at supporting veterans and their social adaptation.
In all institutions, Tetiana Demianchuk and Viktoriia Volodavchyk worthily represented Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, its structural divisions, specialties and educational programs, presented postgraduate education opportunities and distributed advertising and information materials.
