On August 18, the rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Professor Olena KARAMAN, held a working meeting on the organization of the educational process and the functioning of the university in the new academic year.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Admissions Committee, student government, marketing department, deans of faculties and heads of structural divisions of the university.

During the meeting, key issues of organizing the university's work on the eve of September 1 were discussed, in particular, the coordination of the activities of structural units at all three locations - in Lubny, Myrhorod and Poltava, as well as the features of the organization of the educational process and the format of training. Particular attention was paid to the condition of classrooms, the readiness of shelters and other premises necessary to ensure proper and safe conditions for the educational process.

The rector outlined the main tasks for structural units, emphasizing the need for clear interaction, timely implementation of certain measures and coordination of the work of all participants in the educational process. An important priority remains the creation of a comfortable, safe and organized environment for students and university employees.

The discussion was joined by the head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of LTSNU, Volodymyr Moroz, who presented to the meeting participants a plan for the university's organizational preparation for the celebrations on the occasion of the Knowledge Day.

Following the results of the meeting, further steps and priorities were determined at the final stage of preparation. The university team continues to work together to ensure that the new academic year begins smoothly, safely, and becomes a good start for students who continue their studies and those who will become part of the university community for the first time.
