On March 18, representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, including the executive secretary of the admissions committee Olena Murzina, the leading specialist of the marketing department Tetiana Demianchuk, and the head of the Center for Postgraduate Education Viktoriia Volodavchyk, made a career orientation visit to the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv region.

As part of the visit, they visited Pryluky Lyceums No. 6, No. 7, and No. 5, where they spoke about the university’s divisions, educational programs, and specialties, and also provided detailed information about the conditions for admission and study at LTSNU.

The next stage was a meeting at the Ivan Franko Pryluky Humanitarian and Pedagogical Professional College, where university representatives participated in a pedagogical meeting with teachers and the institution’s administration. During the conversation, the possibilities for college graduates to continue their studies at LTSNU were presented, and the issue of improving the qualifications of scientific and pedagogical workers was also discussed. The participants of the meeting received answers to all relevant questions regarding the educational process at the university.

Preliminary agreements on cooperation were reached with all educational institutions, communication and exchange of contacts for further interaction were established.

As part of the visit, a meeting was also held with the head of the Pryluky branch of the Chernihiv Regional Employment Center, Olena Iliushko, during which they discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of professional orientation, organization of training, retraining and advanced training of various categories of the population, in particular the unemployed, war veterans and their family members. Representatives of LTSNU proposed expanding joint educational initiatives and involving the university in the implementation of professional development programs.

In addition, a meeting was held with the first deputy chairman of the Pryluky City Council, Oleksandr Syvenko, as well as a working conversation in the Department of Education of the Pryluky City Council with the head, Oleksandr Pravosud, during which promising areas of cooperation with the university were discussed.

All meetings were held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, were fruitful and effective. Pryluky educators and representatives of local authorities demonstrated openness to cooperation and interest in developing partnerships aimed at supporting youth, developing education and professional growth.

The specialists of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University successfully completed the tasks set: the visit was marked by a high level of organization, effective communication and reaching specific agreements on further cooperation. New meetings and joint educational initiatives are planned in the near future.

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continues to actively expand the geography of cooperation, opening up new opportunities for education, development and professional formation of the youth of Ukraine.
