On May 30, 2026, teachers of the Department of Biology and Agronomy of LTSNU Halyna Oleksandrivna Yevtushenko and Serhii Pavlovych Lytvynenko took part in the traditional celebration of the Green Holidays in the village of Lutenka, Myrhorod district.

As part of the celebration, which takes place annually on the eve of Trinity, a ceremonial event “raising a milestone” and an Open Regional Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage “Milestone” are held in Lyutenka. It was during this bright ethno-cultural event that the university’s scientific and pedagogical staff conducted active career guidance work.

The teachers presented the educational opportunities of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, the features of training in the specialties of the Faculty of Natural and Agrarian Sciences, the Department of Biology and Agronomy, and also spoke about the employment prospects of graduates in modern conditions. The university’s advertising products were placed on bulletin boards in the village of Lutenka.

Participation in such authentic cultural events allows not only to popularize the university, but also to strengthen ties with the territorial communities of the Poltava region.
