Professor of Our University Successfully Completed Harvard University's Sustainable Leadership for the Restoration of Ukraine Program
The program lasted from September 2025 to April 2026, as confirmed by the corresponding certificate.
The program was dedicated to the training of Ukrainian leaders who are already working today to shape the future post-war reconstruction of the state. Its content covered issues of sustainable development, climate resilience, modern infrastructure management, energy independence, community development, public health, intersectoral cooperation, and the formation of policies for the reconstruction of Ukraine in accordance with European and international standards.
The training was conducted in English in a two-semester format and combined lectures by Harvard University professors and international experts, work in interdisciplinary teams, analysis of real cases and development of practical solutions for the sustainable recovery of Ukraine. A feature of the program was the combination of environmental, economic, managerial and social aspects of the country's reconstruction, as well as the formation of a professional network of Ukrainian specialists representing the public sector, business, civil society and the academic community.
For Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, participation in such international programs is an important component of the development of internationalization, strengthening academic cooperation and integration of modern world experience into the educational process. The knowledge gained and international professional contacts will be used in the teaching, scientific and project activities of the university, in particular during the training of specialists in the field of management, economic security, sustainable development and management of the recovery of Ukraine.
