Presentation of the Concept of Training Personnel for the Deoccupation and Restoration of Luhansk Region
The organizers of the event were the Luhansk Regional State Administration - Regional Military Administration, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, and the University's Supervisory Board.
The event was held at the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine with the support of President Vasyl KREMEN.
The event was moderated by Vitalii KURYLO, Chairman of the Academic Council of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The Concept was presented by Olena KARAMAN, Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The concept defines the conceptual principles, strategic and operational goals and objectives of the development of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in the context of training people for the deoccupation, restoration and further sustainable and high-tech development of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region both during the period of martial law and in the post-war period, taking into account the existing potential and resources of the institution.
In the discussion, the participants of the event supported the Concept, noted the relevance and necessity of the document, presented their own vision of the processes and mechanisms of the return of Luhansk Region to the legal space of Ukraine after de-occupation, the establishment of Ukrainian statehood, work with the population of the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Region both in wartime and in its post-war restoration and development.
Thus, the presented Concept is a vision of the future of Luhansk Region, in which Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is one of the key architects of the restoration of their native Luhansk Region after de-occupation.
At the same time, the Luhansk Regional State Administration acts as a consolidating platform, a guide to the state vision and a developer of strategic guidelines for the de-occupation, restoration and development of Luhansk Region for all entities and spheres of operation.
