The championship title was claimed by Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Dubovoi, Dean of the Faculty of Health Care and Sports at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. He holds a PhD in Education, is an Honoured Master of Sports of Ukraine, an Honoured Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, and a Master of Sports of Ukraine in Powerlifting.

On behalf of the entire Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University community, Rector Olena Karaman extended her heartfelt congratulations to Oleksandr Dubovoi on his outstanding victory, noting that it reflects his exceptional professionalism, strength of character, perseverance, and dedication to sport. She emphasized that this achievement brings distinction not only to Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University but also to Ukraine on the international sporting stage.
