The event was conducted by Oksana Tsokur, co-founder of the Poltava Center for Investigative Journalism "MediaDokaz" and analyst for the publication "Nashi Hroshi", together with MediaDokaz journalist Valeriia Makriashyna. During the event, participants reviewed the results of monitoring tender procurements in the communities of the Poltava region, discussed modern tools for analyzing budget expenditures, mechanisms of public oversight, and potential risks in the field of public procurement.

Analyst Oksana Tsokur and the team of the Poltava Center for Investigative Journalism "MediaDokaz" conducted an open training session and public discussion, during which they presented practical cases and demonstrated the possibilities of using open data to ensure transparency and accountability in the activities of local self-government bodies.

Artur Moldovanov highlighted the relevance and practical value of the meeting, emphasizing that such events contribute to increasing public awareness, developing a culture of integrity, and fostering effective cooperation between government authorities, the public sector, and educational institutions.

Such discussions serve as an important platform for sharing experience, finding joint solutions, and strengthening the principles of openness and transparency in community governance. For Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, participation in such initiatives is an integral part of its civic and educational mission aimed at training active and responsible professionals.
