In the modern world, where mental health issues are becoming particularly relevant, education in the field of psychology requires new approaches, depth and practical orientation. The creation of the Educational Center for Practical Psychology and Psychotherapy on the basis of the university was such a step forward.

This is not just a new unit, but it is a modern educational and scientific space that combines theory, practice and research, forming a new quality of training for specialists in auxiliary professions. This is a place where not just specialists are formed - but specialists who know how to work with people, crises and changes.

Leadership and strategy

The Center is headed by Serhii Anatoliiovych Mamichenko, Doctor of Philosophy in Educational and Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, - a scientist and practitioner who combines academic depth with a modern vision of the development of psychological education.

The creation of the Center is a logical continuation of the development of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology and corresponds to the strategic course of the university - combining academic training with real practical skills.

Center Mission

The Center is designed to become a platform for:

• integration of educational, scientific and practical activities

• development of modern practical psychology and psychotherapy
