Results of the Activities of the Student Scientific Group "Prospects for the Development of Agricultural Production and the Food Technology Industry" for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
During the academic year, the club members demonstrated a high level of scientific activity and achieved significant results in research activities.
A significant result of the club's activities was the successful participation of students in the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works. According to the results of the evaluation of the expert commission, the winners were determined, whose research received high marks.
Yulia Anatoliivna Danylenko presented a paper on the topic "Technology of minced meat products using seaweed processing products". The paper is devoted to the development of the technology of minced meat products using seaweed processing products as functional plant raw materials. The study analyzed the effect of seaweed additives on organoleptic indicators, nutritional value, structural and mechanical properties and quality of finished products. The feasibility of using seaweed processing products to increase biological value, improve technological characteristics and expand the range of minced meat products was substantiated.
Nadiia Serhiivna Dovgal worked on the topic "Use of vegetable puree in the technology of flour products". The study analyzed the influence of different types of vegetable puree on the technological properties of dough, organoleptic indicators and quality of finished products. The feasibility of using vegetable puree to expand the range of flour products, improve their consumer properties and increase the content of useful nutrients was substantiated.
The traditional event "Days of Science" became a platform for presenting practical results of research by the group members. Yulia Danylenko presented her research on the technological features of harvesting sunflower using specialized harvesting units. Danilo Seredych shared the features of restaurant design.
The group members took part in the Round Table "Innovations in Science, Production and Services", where they had the opportunity to exchange experience with colleagues and industry specialists.
The results of the research were also published in the Collection of Scientific Papers of Higher Education Applicants “Scientific Search for Young Researchers”. The articles “Sunflower Harvesting Technology Using Specialized Harvesting Units” and “Processing of Secondary Raw Materials of Household and Agricultural Waste” by Yulia Danylenko and Anton Borkut were published.
Also, during the year, the circle members participated in 6 scientific conferences with the publication of 10 abstracts of reports.
Summing up the work of the Student Scientific Group “Prospects for the Development of Agricultural Production and the Food Technology Industry” in the 2025–2026 academic year, we can note the successful implementation of the planned tasks. The circle participants demonstrated the appropriate level of scientific training, the ability to conduct independent research and apply innovative approaches in professional activities. The work of the group contributed to the development of critical and analytical thinking of students, the formation of research competencies and readiness to solve current problems in the agricultural sector and the food technology industry.
