In 2026, the competition focused on compliance, ethical governance, sustainable development, and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals through information support systems for managerial activities. The competition consisted of two stages.

We extend our congratulations to the winner of the second stage — Yuliia KUTS, a master’s degree student in the field of D4 ‘Public Management and Administration’ within the educational programme ‘Territorial Management and Local Self-Government,’ who was awarded a Second-Degree Diploma.

The topic of the award-winning research paper was: ‘Specific Features of Information Support for the Implementation of Social Protection Policy at the Local Level under Current Conditions (a case study of the Department of Social and Veterans Policy of the Lubny City Council, Lubny District, Poltava Region).

We extend our congratulations and sincere appreciation to the academic supervisor — Olha PTAKHINA, PhD in Political Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Public Service and Educational Institution Management, for her contribution to preparing the competition winner.
