Educational Webinar "Using Modern Technologies in Crisis Management for Community Development"
The topic of the second webinar: “Using modern technologies in anti-crisis management for community development”.
The webinar speaker was Olha PTAKHINA - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The event was moderated by the project participant, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions - Viktoriia VOLODAVCHYK.
During the webinar, modern approaches to anti-crisis management in conditions of instability and social transformations were considered, and the possibilities of using digital tools and technological solutions to increase the efficiency of management processes in communities were outlined. Particular attention was paid to the issues of digitalization of management activities, rapid response to crisis challenges, strategic planning and communication interaction with stakeholders.
The participants of the event discussed practical cases of implementing modern technologies in the community management system, as well as the possibilities of their adaptation to local needs in the context of post-war reconstruction and sustainable development.
The webinar was attended by over 100 participants - representatives of state authorities, local governments, educational institutions and public organizations from different regions of Ukraine.
The lively discussion during the webinar confirmed the relevance of the topic raised and the high level of interest of the participants in the implementation of modern technologies in anti-crisis management for the development of territorial communities.
During the discussion, the participants actively exchanged professional opinions, asked questions to the speaker and shared their own experience in the use of digital tools and management practices in community activities. This format of professional dialogue contributes to the strengthening of inter-institutional interaction, the development of partnerships between educational institutions, government bodies and public institutions.
