The topic of the second webinar is: "Information security as a condition for the realization of the rights and opportunities of a citizen."

The speaker of the webinar is Volodymyr Valentynovych Zablotskyi, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine

The event was moderated by the project manager, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions - Nadiia Vasynova.

During the webinar, the audience's attention was focused on key aspects of information security as a basic condition for the realization of citizens' rights and opportunities, especially in conditions of martial law and the future reconstruction of the country. The following were considered:

• challenges associated with information threats to communities;

• practical tools for protecting the information space;

• the role of educational and administrative institutions in forming a culture of information security.

The webinar was attended by more than 95 participants - representatives of state authorities, local governments, educational institutions and public organizations. The active discussion demonstrated high interest in the topic and the willingness of various institutions to cooperate to create a safe information environment.

During the discussion, participants had the opportunity to share their own vision of the issues, ask questions to the speaker, and express wishes regarding the topics of future meetings. Such feedback contributes to the development of partnership between educational institutions and authorities.

The webinar series will continue throughout April and May, covering a wide range of topical topics: restoring and preserving human capital, developing territorial communities, ensuring inclusiveness in the field of public administration, as well as forming a comprehensive vision of modern challenges for the sustainable development of society.
