On April 28, 2026, an online meeting on the occasion of Psychologist's Day was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The event was organized by Anton Nazmiiev, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation, Psychologist of the Veteran Development Center, together with the Department of Psychology.

The practical part of the event in the format of a training was conducted by Nina Likhareva, a psychologist at the Kyiv Mental Health Center. The participants had the opportunity not only to deepen their theoretical knowledge, but also to master effective practical techniques for maintaining psychological balance in stressful situations, which is especially relevant in modern realities.

During the meeting, important aspects of emotional stability, self-regulation and professional responsibility of future psychologists were discussed. Lively dialogue, exchange of views and practical exercises contributed to the formation of a conscious attitude towards mental health as an integral part of a harmonious life.

The event was another confirmation that the training of specialists in the field of psychology at LTSNU combines deep knowledge, practical orientation and a sincere desire to help people, strengthening the psychological resilience of Ukrainian society today and in the future.
