The event was organized by the head of the Career Development Center, Larisa Kochura, in cooperation with the PO “Educate for Ukraine”.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the possibilities of self-realization through educational initiatives, as well as how to join programs aimed at the development of Ukrainian education. Representatives of the organization shared their own experience and talked about the specifics of work within the project.

The speakers of the event were Natalia Filonova, a program assistant, who explained in detail the structure and goals of the organization's activities, Sofia Kozubash, an assistant for working with mentors, who revealed the features of mentoring support for participants, as well as Anna Tyshchenko, a direct participant in the Navchay program, who shared her own history of participation, challenges and achievements.

The students were particularly interested in the practical part of the meeting: a discussion of real cases, career start opportunities and the impact of educational initiatives on communities. Participants actively asked questions, were interested in the conditions of selection for the program and prospects for further development.

The online meeting was not only informative, but also motivating, as it demonstrated how young people can join changes in the field of education and at the same time develop their own professional competencies. The cooperation of the Career Development Center with public organizations once again confirms the importance of integrating education, practice and social responsibility.
