The lecture was given by Oleksii Oleksandrovych Nos — leading inspector of the VZNS and NPP of the Myrhorod district department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Poltava region.

During the meeting, the students were told about the main types of explosive objects, the rules for their recognition and the algorithm of actions in case of detection of suspicious objects. The lecturer paid special attention to issues of personal safety.

Oleksii Nos also introduced the participants to the most common risks associated with mined areas, forest belts, roadsides and abandoned buildings. The students were reminded of the importance of following official warnings and the need to immediately notify the rescue services by calling 101 or 102 in case of detecting dangerous objects.

During the lecture, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional answers on actions in emergency situations.

The college administration expressed gratitude to the representative of the State Emergency Service for a meaningful and relevant lecture, as well as for a significant contribution to the formation of a safety culture among students.
