On 11 July, the 3rd Stage of the Ukrainian Strongman All-Around Cup was held in Brovary for war veterans and active-duty service members who sustained injuries, wounds, or illnesses while performing their duties in combat zones or as a result of military service. More than 110 competitors from across Ukraine competed in 34 weight and competition categories.

Among the participants were students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University who are veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian War. They represented the University with distinction, once again demonstrating the resilience, determination, and strength of spirit of Ukraine's defenders.

The competition's Chief Judge was Oleksandr Dubovoi, Dean of the Faculty of Health Care and Sports of LTSNU. Volodymyr Dubovoi, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, served as the Head Platform Judge, while Daria Sipakova, Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Affairs, acted as the Competition Secretary.

The competition was organized by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Federation of the Strongest Veteran Athletes and Tug of War—whose Vice President is Valerii Hazaiev—the Brovary City Council, and the Department of Physical Culture and Sports.

During the official opening ceremony, Oleksandr Dubovoi received a Letter of Appreciation from Ruslan Prykhodko, Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, in recognition of his significant contribution to the development of sports for war veterans, his support for Ukraine's defenders, and his promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
