During the event, the organizational aspects of the internship, its purpose, objectives and expected results were considered in detail. Particular attention was paid to the role of industrial internship in the formation of professional competencies of future environmental specialists. It is this stage of training that allows students not only to consolidate the theoretical knowledge obtained during the study of professional disciplines, but also to gain practical experience in real professional activities, to familiarize themselves with the specifics of work in the field of environmental protection, nature management and environmental monitoring.

Studetns learned about the procedure for completing the internship, the requirements for its implementation, and the criteria for evaluating the results. Attention was focused on the need for a responsible attitude to the implementation of individual tasks, compliance with established deadlines, as well as the correct maintenance and execution of reporting documentation. Students were provided with explanations regarding the structure of the internship diary, preparation of the final report, and the features of its protection.

The issue of compliance with labor protection and safety regulations during internship was separately considered. Students were informed about the importance of complying with the internal regulations of the institutions where the internship will take place, ethical norms of professional activity, and a responsible attitude to the implementation of the assigned tasks.

Conference participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers regarding the organization of internship and the implementation of individual tasks. Students begin internship with positive expectations, interest in future professional activities, and a willingness to gain new practical experience in the field of ecology.
