Instructive Сonference on Educational and Methodological Pedagogical Practice
Educational and methodological pedagogical practice is an important component of the professional training of future primary school teachers. It is aimed at combining theoretical knowledge with practical activities in secondary education institutions.
The event was attended by the head of the department, Natalia Mordovtseva, and the methodologist for practice, a teacher of the Primary Education Department, Ninel Pravova. During the conference, students were provided with comprehensive information on the goals and objectives of the practice, its content, conditions for completion, and detailed recommendations were presented on maintaining and preparing reporting documentation. Special attention was paid to samples of filling in the necessary materials, which will contribute to the successful implementation of the practice program.
During the meeting, attention was focused on the importance of educational and methodological pedagogical practice as an integral part of the professional training of a future primary school teacher. It is practice that ensures the integration of theoretical knowledge and real pedagogical experience, forms professional competencies, pedagogical thinking, skills in organizing the educational process, and interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passing the practice creates conditions for the development of pedagogical skills, independence, responsibility, and reflection on one's own activities. It allows the future specialist to understand the specifics of the profession of a primary school teacher, to acquire practical skills and confidence in their own professional capabilities.
