The subject of the Memorandum is the establishment and development of a long-term partnership aimed at the joint implementation of educational, scientific, social and innovative initiatives. Particular attention is paid to the development of human capital, increasing the institutional capacity of the community, organizing career guidance activities, as well as the implementation of joint projects, programs, research, practices and consultations.

After signing the Memorandum, the rector of the university, Olena Karaman, presented a master's degree to Yulia Prianichkina, who represented the Milove community at the moment of signing the memorandum, sincerely congratulating her on an important personal and professional event.

The signing of the Memorandum opens up new opportunities for Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, in particular in strengthening interaction with territorial communities, expanding practice-oriented training, involving students in real projects, and training specialists who will work for the restoration and development of the Luhansk region.

The university continues to establish itself as a center of education, science, and social change, uniting efforts for the development of communities and the future of Ukraine.
