Leadership and Civic Engagement: University Student Takes Part in the “She Leads Ukraine” Project
The training programme focused on developing women's leadership potential, exploring advocacy mechanisms for socially important change, gaining practical experience in participating in decision-making processes, and increasing women's civic and political engagement in Ukraine.
The training format included interactive lectures, small-group work, case studies, and practical exercises involving the development and modelling of leadership strategies. Following the successful completion of the intensive programme, the participant received a certificate.
The initiative is implemented by UN Women Ukraine in partnership with the Central Election Commission of Ukraine and the “Equal Opportunities” Inter-Factional Parliamentary Association in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The event was made possible with financial support from the governments of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Poland.
The University expresses its sincere gratitude to the organizers, trainers, and international partners for creating a high-quality professional platform for the development of young women leaders. The University also congratulates its master's student on her productive learning experience and the valuable practical skills she gained.
