Flowers in Kapral's Coffee
Student life is not only lectures and notes, but also an opportunity to gain practical experience in your future profession.
The hospitable hostess of the institution, Ms. Tetiana, opened the world of professional coffee culture to the students. The meeting was a real immersion in the "coffee science": the participants learned about the choice of beans, grinding settings and the perfect extraction of espresso. Special attention was paid to the atmosphere of the institution, because in the hospitality industry, the barista's smile is no less important than the quality of the drink.
The most interesting part was the practice. Students experimented with the texture of milk, studied the balance of flavors and created their own drinks under the guidance of their mentor.
A real discovery was the aesthetics of serving: Ms. Tetiana demonstrated a marshmallow flower that blooms right in hot coffee. This became a bright culmination of the event and showed that modern service is not only about taste, but also about emotions.
“Such events allow students to feel the dynamics of the market and understand that professionalism consists of little things that give joy to the guest,” said Olena Putrenko.
We sincerely thank the “Coffee from Kapral” team and Ms. Tetiana for the warm welcome, inspiration and professional knowledge!
