The event was organized by Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and the Coordination Council for National and Patriotic Education under the Starobilsk City Military Administration. The moderation was provided by the Department of Culture, Tourism and Cultural Heritage Protection of the Starobilsk City Council of Luhansk Region.

The participants were addressed with an introductory speech by Oksana Potapova, Deputy Mayor of the Starobilsk City Council and Head of the Coordination Council, as well as the rector of LTSNU Olena Karaman, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, who spoke about the university, its history, educational opportunities and emphasized that even in difficult conditions, our university continues to fulfill its educational and educational mission with dignity.

The speaker of the event was Oleksandr Naboka, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of History and Archaeology of LTSNU. In his speech, he highlighted the history of the development of Ukrainian education in the Luhansk region, the role of the university in the formation of national consciousness and the preservation of Ukrainian educational traditions.
