Department of Early and Preschool Child Development: International Experience and Academic Mobility
Faculty participation in international academic programs opens up new opportunities for professional growth, the introduction of modern educational practices, the expansion of academic ties, and the strengthening of international partnerships.
The department's teachers actively participate in the Erasmus+ program, which allows them to get acquainted with the European experience of organizing the educational process, modern teaching methods, digital learning technologies and approaches to implementing inclusive education. Academic mobility contributes to the exchange of experience with foreign colleagues, the development of inter-university partnerships and the improvement of professional competencies of teachers.
An important area of international activity is also participation in international conferences, webinars, trainings, advanced training programs and joint scientific projects with foreign partners. The experience gained makes it possible to update the content of educational components in accordance with modern European trends, introduce innovative pedagogical technologies and improve the quality of training of future specialists.
The international activity of teachers is an important factor in improving educational programs and ensuring their compliance with modern accreditation requirements. The acquired knowledge and practices are used in the process of updating educational and methodological support, implementing student-centered learning, digital technologies, modern methods of assessing learning outcomes, and developing academic mobility.
The Department of Early Childhood and Preschool Development will continue to expand international cooperation, support the participation of teachers and students in academic mobility programs, international projects, and scientific initiatives. This will contribute to improving the quality of the educational process, developing the scientific potential of the department, and integrating the university into the European Higher Education Area.
